Players must be able to retain and concentrate their efforts on the activity at hand, manage their anxious feelings, and stay away from distractions to operate at their peak.
There are several physiology and behavior that fall under the umbrella of concentration, and they can be categorized as:

Athletes have a dominating concentration style that is shaped by their specific peculiarities, the abilities expected for the activity they participate in, and the degree to which these talents are activated in the player. When a sportsman is highly activated, it is evident that one’s dominant sustained attention technique is in control. The player, however, loses track of their concentration and panics when their strategic point exceeds a certain threshold.
Athletics is a discipline that requires a lot of focused concentration.
